The skid-mounted oil tire oilpyrolysis plant is suitable for small processing capacity, with a daily processing capacity of less than 1 ton, mainly for testing, trial running or science project. For bigger capacity, we also support the customization service for easier installation.

Batch old tire oilpyrolysisplant has been developed for decades, and the current batch pyrolysis technology is very mature and stable. The waste tires of the batch old tire oil pyrolysis plant can be directly put into the reactor for oil pyrolysis without treatment. After the oil pyrolysis is completed, the steel wire and carbon black are taken out. The processing capacity of the batchpyrolysis plant is (per day) 1 ton, 2tons, 5ton, 10 tons, 20 tons, etc. We also have designs of multiple batch pyrolysis production lines.

The semi-continuousold tire oil pyrolysis plant is suitable for customerswho have requirements for higher automation degree but don’t have a big investment budget. Semi-continuous pyrolysis plants’ daily capacity is about 10-20ton per set.

The fully continuous old tire oil pyrolysis plant needs to process the waste tires first, extract the steel wire, crush the tires into rubber powder, and then the rubber powder enters the reactor of the continuous pyrolysis plant for thermal decomposition. The daily processing capacity of fully continuous old tire oil pyrolysis plant is 15 tons, 20 tons, 30 tons, and 50 tons, and it can also be customized according to user needs.
